Capt Wayne at the helm along with mate John, i was down in Del. working our first couple of trips.
Fri : Had Joe Boyco and friends aboard, Capt Wayne fished to the south. Got set up and had some life a bunch of shorts and a few keepers. Headed further south and bounced around a few pieces. LOTS of shorts down this way. Was either short or a nice size keeper. They boxed a 9lber, two 8lbers a 7 and a couple of 6 lbers. Mate John snuck his rod in and landed MO , A 16 POUND SLOB. They finished day with 22 keepers but nice size fish and a loads of shorts.
Sat: Capt. Wayne had a Open boat with MBoy, Young Gull Ed, Bob Cam, Bagel Boy Gene , Patrick and Patrick Jr. Striped bass. Headed to the north east. Had a pick of fish shorts and a few boxers. Picked and plucked everywhere but never got the md bite going. Everyone got some keepers But Wayne tells me Gene was very sharp for his first time toggin catching 8 keepers to 6lbs and Patrick Jr. was the high hook and on fire. Tough conditions for a while but the boys managed to put just over 30 keepers in the box. Thanks for the bagels Gene.
Thanks Again Fellas
