Half hour before the kickoff so a little late with this... ;D
If your a health food addict or a heart patient, stop reading NOW!!!... ::)
Very simple....wings cut at the joints, place in plastic bag. Add flour seasoned with salt and pepper to your liking.
Deep fry wings until done.
Remove from fryer and place in bowl.
Sauce:
•8 tablespoons Franks hot sauce
•8 tablespoons unsalted butter or margarine
•1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
•1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
•1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
•1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
•salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients in a pan, over low heat bring to a simmer, stirring, and then turn off.
Pour over wings and coat. I found letting them sit for 15 minutes or so allows the sauce to soak in and enhance the flavor.
Blue cheese and cold beer rounds it out...enjoy the game everyone!!
