"Ever enough" was driven off her trailer at 7am at keyport marine basin.I admit i was a little concerned with the new fuel system install(first time fillin her up)PERFECT it wazz!no leaks or issues.
As we left the harbour,we were greeted with a west wind 10-15mph 2-3 ft sea's.We took a soakin!!After a good soakin we then followed Capt.John!(He knock the angry sea down for us!)thanks dude!! After a few I passed him and did the reach channel fishin first! My woman had one on b4 i got my bait on the hook!(shortie) then another, then another, all short all b4 i got my bait in the water...Fuel system is 100%(im happy)
We were searchin 4 new real estate and found Capt.Ron(Fisherman) along with the (Angler) they had fish every where!up,down, all around,LOTS of shortie's and a bunch of keepers(way to go),but we now have one keeper.
The bay sucked, the traffic sucked(asses with daddys boat) full throttle through the flukers. Many drifts many many many shorts now 2 keepers
We then refueled"Ever Enough" at Atl.highlands.
From there we went to the ocean rounded the hook(oceanside) and took a Beatin!(soaked again, head to toe)However the ocean was calm.We went straight down the beach(3/4 throttle with trim tabs adjusted 40 mph on gps remember its a 17foot PROLINE) about to the S Hook bridge!
As soon as we got there we had 6 throwbacks & 2 keeper's.I changed to green feathers with squid and kille BAM keeper after keeper for 10-15 minutes then ZERO..
We then ran back to the ammo pier,3 more keepers. We the hung the rods up,dumped the bait overboard, ran 100% full balls to the wall to port(ammo pier to keyport) with out any fuel issues. All and all not to bad of a day the fish were keepers but not worthy of a pic.
Thats the "Fisherman" in the pic
