I think on a Fisher plow, thats the trip. I am pretty sure the board does not trip.
Fishing Sandy Hook and anywhere I can get on a boat.

My biggest fear is when I die my wife sells all of my fishing tackle for what she thinks I paid for it!

nothing a good welder can't fix for relatively cheap.  I have a ten year old western and knock on wood still going strong.  Occasionaly something breaks and I run it over to the welder to fix up.

I have a Boss.. and all I do is unbolt and replace the metal edge when it gets worn.
Fish out of Toms River NJ.
Call Nick for open boat, 973-417-5756, or on Channel 68.

did you break one of the support ribs?  Not to familuar with fisher, I own/ed westerns.  I've had my welder fix everthing from the jack stand on the ultra mount, the plow shoes and my cutting edge.  Caught the cutting edge in a curb joint...wound up breaking the cutting edge off about ten inches.  Instead of buying a new one (~$125) I paid the welder like 20 bucks to weld the piece back on.   for any plow questions try plowsite.com  Not a bad site for info and help with repairs.
