Skinny Water is the early ticket TT^

In Raitan bay, grass shrimp is an overlooked bait in the shallows (< 15')...Elephants do eat peanuts...

Devil, I try to buy them when I see them on sale at Dick's, etc.  Believe theres some you can find online, but I prefer the Spros.

Grass shrimp can be killer. TT^  Used to have a few great flies that someone tied which hung as a teaser would always get bites.

Shrimp, crabs, small baitfish, etc...basically why I use as small of a bucktail that I can as it imitates a wide variety of small critters near the bottom. t^

I have caught slammin 'mats using the prawns you get from the asian food store
the sea robbins and doggies like them too; actually haven't found much that swims that doesn't.

we'll be out in RB, maybe go around outside depending on weather and how we do on the inside supersecretspots

I might do the Sunday or Monday for a little while, but sticking with the Stripers tomorrow.  I usually don't fluke fish till well into June, but may start early this year.  For me, the reach channels are hot for early season fluke.
Fish out of Toms River NJ.
Call Nick for open boat, 973-417-5756, or on Channel 68.
