I was doing pretty well and lost a decent amount of weight from October through June. Unfortunately for me, I made an exception for our trip to Disney World, and ate whatever I liked for the whole week.
The only problem was, I could never get back on track for the rest of the year and now I'm pretty much back to square one.
Starting this week, it's back to salads, fruits, and no bread (which has been my downfall). Also, my brother-in-law gave me his old bike. So, I'm going to get it fixed up and start riding a.s.a.p.
