anybody know a good simple recipe for mako ? i want to make some steaks i got from the trip the other night but i dnt want to screw it up

If it's fresh, just brush it with olive oil and put on the grill. Mako taste great without disguising it.

yeah i did a pan sear with garlic and parsley delicous
