sorry guys, i have been OUT of it lately... did the regulations for fluke pass yet ? anyone know what they are because i am clueless   ??? 5hrug

No new regulations yet.  Freshwater NJ Regs came out for 2009, but no Saltwater Regs yet.

I believe the marine (salt water) regs come out in May. Unless they change regs before that the old regs remain in effect.
