My boat hauler broke down.Need a licensed,insured,dependable boat hauler to bring my Grady 28 from Long Island to Belmar

Have you considered running it down on the water?  If you pick a good weather day and a good friend or two it would make a good trip.  Bring some trolling outfits and catch a bass while you're at it.
