Capt Lou Grazioso called me at 8:15 am on Sun.

Lou say's Art hurry up & meet me at the boat.

I arrived at Browns Marina in Keyport at 9:15 am.

The Stripermania engines were running and from a distance I could see how eager Capt Lou was to go fishing.

I put all my gear on the Stripermania & the Dock lines went off.

Capt Matt took us to the spot.

The wind was honking.

As we were going to the spot Capt Matt found the mother load of Marks.Capt Lou & Capt Matt dropped 2 anchors and within 4 minutes we were hooked up. Bass after Bass.All the Bass were new Fish that just arrived.All of the fish we boated were covered with Sea Lice.The Bass were a purple / blueish color.Once you baited up you would get slammed ! Once the tide stopped it did not matter.The Bass bit through the whole slack tide.The bite slowed up abit & Lou says guys we need to go back in & pick up a guy.Lines in & anchors up.Off we went to pick up Ryan.We met Ryan at Browns.Lou says Art tell Ryan how well we did in the am.I said Ryan get on board & you will see.Lines off again & this time we fished east of where we were in the am.Within minutes the Bass were hitting.Ryan who never caught a Bass was in heaven.Every rod that got hit.Ryan reeled the fish in.By the end of the day the 4 of us boated 75 Bass from 18"-35".

What a day on Capt Lou Graziso's Stripermania !

Capt Lou & Matt thanks for going the extra mile I had a blast !

Guys now is the time.

The bay is covered with Bass.

Going back out later this week.

Thanks for that great report Art.

There were birds working of shore at IBSP yesterday as well.  It is great to see them diving but I think all the bait fish out there were moving north up your way.

Art...awesome day for you guys..... t^

I appreciated the call in, but to tell ya the truth, where you guys wound up, we passed right over those fish and crazy MAD BASS readings that were sick... took a vote and everyone said screw it don't stop.... All had Flunnders on da BRAIN.. I would have called ya but ya told me you guys werent getting out till the afternoon... worked out for everyone in the end...  slt
