Fishing Beach Sandy Hook
« on: June 01, 2007, 09:24:37 PM »
Only been hittin the surf a couple seasons and the only place I fished is the fishing beach at the Hook. Was wondering if I'm wasting my time there this Sunday or can somebody point me to another spot that's easy to get to. Me and my buddy don't care what we catch it's just that we had some real crappy days there. Thanks in advance for any help.

Try the North beach up by the false hook.. I do alot of my fluke fishing there and have done quite well on most days, you could also take the walk all the way out to the tip.. its good out there as well..
I spend 90% of my time fishing, The rest I just waste..

Give a man a fish, and he can eat for a day. But teach a man how to fish, and he'll be dead of mercury poisoning inside of three years.

You can allways try the "nude beach" I bet you catch something there. >:D LOL

And you can enter what you catch there in the 'crab contest'!
