Man it felt good to get out today. The conditions were much better than forcasted. Today I had Dave,Brian and Peter from Lancaster out for a full day ocean wreck trip.It would be the first time bottom fishing for 2 out 3 of the guys. We were greeted at the inlet with a shot of real cold water that fogged up the inlet pretty good but once were got about a mile off I was able to switch the radar to standby with a mile visability. The guys had a real nice pick of keeper seabass and a few big ling before they wanted to give blackfishing a try. For first timers they did very well with the tog, landing close to 40 fish up to 16". At the cleaning table they piled up 40 seabass to 3lbs,4 big ling to 2 3/4 lbs, and 4 keeper blacks to 16"(I caught one for dinner myself
) A great day with great conditions and an awesome group of guys.
