Fishguts 7/22 wreck trip
« on: July 22, 2009, 07:31:26 PM »
Today I had the 3 man team of Nick,Rolo, and Doug out for a full day on the inshore wrecks. The conditions were better than forcasted and other than a little SE swell in the morning were awesome. The guys fished hard and by the time we were ready to go look for some blackfish they had 67 keeper seabass to 3lbs and 3 ling. Not to many quality fish the last 2 trips but plenty of 13 to 14 inchers for nice fillets. We saw a big improvement in the blackfish size today with a few close to 7lbs. We are still looking to brake to double digit mark and broke off a few that may have today. Great weather and good fish  ;D ;D I have a few open boat trips set for next week that have room. Check out the site for more info......good luck and catch them up

Good trip Capt.  I got your e-mail the other day and I'm trying to work out some details for the week of August 1, and I'll give you a call when I get my crew together.  Hope the bottom fishing holds up until then.  Keep up the good work.
