The Gone Fishing "FIX"
« on: August 20, 2009, 02:59:24 PM »
Just thinking and wondering  how each of us gets the need for a "Gone Fishing" Fix. Like SEX, DRUGS, and ROCK N ROLL, its all relative.  Some need it every day, some every weekend ,some a few days a week,or a few times a month when time allows. The lure of the SEA.
 rofla rofla hhppy cfzd ;D

What are your thoughts? How often ?

So as to not get bounced off the site by our good friend HotRod,lets keep our responses clean and hopefully funny.

Oh Man !!!!!I need a Gone Fishing Fix. chrz chrz

Stay Well.

For me...  My fix isn't "Gone Fishing"  it's more "Going Fishing"   and the Going Fishing doesn't come around enough.. kinda like Sex.

Capt.'s Log says YSA has left the dock 31 times since splashdown in Apr '09. One of those was a lunch cruise, no fishing. Two other '09 trips on friends' boats, thanks Eddie and Grillo. That makes 32 to date and it's not nearly enough.

If I could only get the independently wealthy thing down I'd go out more often... :'(

I am 25 years in so I gave up on the sex and got a boat.  rofla  Now she tells me "no not today the boat has a headache" Same old thing I don’t get it enough, the fish that is.
Fishing Sandy Hook and anywhere I can get on a boat.

My biggest fear is when I die my wife sells all of my fishing tackle for what she thinks I paid for it!

I like to get out 3 to 4 times a week. Many of those times I am solo. But sometimes working lots of overtime keeps me from the boat but it helps pay for all the expenses. I am happy to have good friends who help out with the cash and guys from this sight who have invited me on there own boats (WB) (Irish Ayes) (Funky Munky) I love fishing with new people so I can learn more tricks and tips from them. chrz chrz
