RARITAN BAY LAST DAY

Got an early start with Capt Don SR,Don jr,Capt Z AKA PILOT on board ,second boat T BONE with Tom and Dave  Threw net in Keyport Creek pleanty peanuts ,fresh squid ,killies  Headed for Bouy 1 areport of keepers caught there yesterday  5hrug  T Bone headed for ANITAS SPOT   No fish at bouy 1  headed for T/C bouy ,hard to hold bottom all shorts,came back to Keansburg Hole all shorts back to bouy 1 all shorts  T BONE got a keeper at ANITAS S Spot        Took a TASTEE SUB break and a cold chrz drink Fished some more ,all shorts  ALL and ALL a great day with some great guys   CATCH OF THE DAY WAS HOMEMADE ITALIAN ICE  t^ by CAPT Z

That was our experience.Had a friend fish the Sea Horse,the boat total was only 4 keepers .We were at the Ammo Pier area,and watched the Horse look all over for fish,until he went outside.Plain and simple they just weren't chewin' today.We tryed hard,just couldn't get a bite going. thud

Great report!  At least you had a good day on the water.  A good way to end the fluke season...sans fluke cfzd.

We had a good time as usual.  Couldn't think of a better group of guys to be with to end the flattie season.  We'll get the biscuits and other bottom dwellers next time out.  Glad you enjoyed the ice.  slt
