IBSP 9-6-09
« on: September 06, 2009, 11:20:16 AM »
Took my old man out to the sand this morning.  Worked the incoming AM high this morning from 7:30-10:30 with the high point a shade before 9.  Wind was steady outta the NNE @ 15-20.  Needed at least 8ozs to hold bottom.  Not even a bite, nor did we see anyone picking anything out as the area around the Judge's Shack had a decent amount of people fishing it.  Hopefully it calms down a bit out there for you, if you plan on hitting the park today.  Lots of cars coming in as we were headed out.  Should be a very busy day over there.  I hope the fishing matches it.

There was a 27 lb'er pulled in from the north end of the park on live eels yesterday.  See B & N's report for the video weigh in.

Nice job Jason!  You really have the surf fishing fever...although it is a GOOD illness to have.  That's what keeps us all fishing ;D.  It is going to be a good fall for you!!
