Capt.Ron/Fishermen/Thursdays Fishing
« on: October 01, 2009, 03:54:36 PM »
Very good fishing for Blues and Sea Bass today.
Plenty of action right from the start with a couple guys catching a dozen to 15 beautifull keeper Sea bass after their fill of Blues.
Jigs and bait both worked well. Water was absolutly clear where you could see the fish 20 ft. down. Had a couple Albies around late in the day, but we didn't hook any. Weather looks good for Friday then crap so far for Saturday!!
Going to start clamming a bit more come Monday, got to find a bite somewhere on the bass too keep things going......Capt.ron

Nice job!  Hopefully the bass bite starts...not much else to fish for if they don't.

Someone has got to start talking up dogfishing...
