Capt. Ron/Fishermen/Wednesdays Fishing
« on: November 25, 2009, 06:41:14 PM »
Not the wild fishing of the past two days, but good action on Bass and Blues.
Knew from the start when the bass we did catch already had their bellies full, that the bite wouldn't last all day.
Ever try getting a boat load of people to do what you tell them? Every stop, guys the fish are off the bottom 10 ft, I see them on the machine..turn the handles get the jigs moving.
Look over the side and half the boat is bouncing like their bottom fishing! One guy actually said (after two hours) hey, I found a new technique, I'm reeling the jig in!! KILL ME... hello, is anyone listening?
When the fish were on the bottom I would tell everyone to crank 15 to 20 times then drop back, WHAT? Bring it all the way in and catch a bluefish, hey Capt. where's the Bass?....Kill me.
Enjoy the pics and especially the Holiday tomorrow. We will be back at it on Friday...and please don't ask me "Are you going to sail if it Rains"? After getting our butts kicked Monday and Tuesday, rain would be a blessing, bring your slickers!!!! Capt. Ron
