Fished on a N/S 6 pack charter with buddies out of Little Egg. We were expecting some rollers but the ocean was pretty flat. Sun and light west wind made for very pleasant conditions. Fished mostly in deeper water for a boat limit plus releases of keeper sized fish. Most people had limit or close. Joe Zook (aka Jig) was had the hot hand with over 15 keeper size fish caught. Smokey Joe had the big fish of the day at 7#. Beautiful day on the water. Fishing tomorrow (Sun) with mostly the same crew on the Fishmonger. Weather forecast looks a bit sporty, but that's fishing on the weekend in '09
