Fellow Anglers,
This will be the final report for the 2009 fishing season.
Well, the boat is officially out of the water as of 12/4/09 and is asleep for what I think is going to be a long snowy winter. Much too cold, much too soon. (did somebody say "global warming?) Too bad the weather didn't cooperate for some tautog trips this fall, because it all came crashing down very fast and coupled with bad timing for my customers....oh well, let's just say I would have liked a lot more charters for the fall. But that's life in this business.
Now on to 2010. Just want to remind everyone to keep checking back to my web site for any added information that I come across AND don't forget that great 2010 Saltwater Fishing Expo at the Garden State Exposition Center in Somerset, NJ on March 19 thru the 21. This is THE show for anything dealing with saltwater fishing and a MUST SEE!!!!
Once again, I will be there at the same location as last year (booth 746) taking your reservations for next year as well as talking to you all about our passion.....fishing. Stop by and say hello to mate Mark and I and a few other specially invited friends (Donnie Sr & Jr, Pilot?) who will be there with me to tell fish stories (ha ha ha). There are so many great items there to purchase too at great prices so start saving your money now and get ready.
Also I would like to mention that a great gift idea for the Holidays is our Reel Fun Gift Certificates available in just about any denomination for that special person in your life. Don't forget guys, the ladies like to go fishing too!!! Forget the nightie, the diamonds and the champagne. Give the special lady in your life a gift she'll be talking about for a long time..........her own charter trip aboard Reel Fun Sportfishing. Ladies, this goes for that special man in your life too. So don't let this Christmas go by with giving me a call and "charge" your charter gift certificate.
Once again, the crew and I would like to extend our sincere wishes to all our customers and readers of these reports for a peaceful and joyous Holiday Season and a safe and prosperous New Year.
For those of you interested in the ongoing saga of "fluke reg's" for 2010, as I am, I will be posting whatever news I hear as soon as I get it. So check back here regularly for the 2010 reg's.
