The Mid- Alantic Council is discussing A multi- State min of 19.5"  5hrug They are killing the fisherman rgmn rgmn rgmn you will be aloud to keep only TWO ::) ::)

Wrong dude, the coastwide option is NOT what was chosen (they aren't considering anything, the meeting where the decision was made was this past Tuesday so you are a few days behind!)
