Nice boat. Good luck with it. I worked at 2 Grady dealers. Lots of experience with these boats, old and new.
With those Johnson's, make sure Water Pumps and stats are replaced. The upper cylinder's on these v-6's are known to run hot. And its been known to be a cause for blown powerheads.
Use Bombardier XD 50 or better as far as oil, and de-carbon once a year.
