I heard that the same killer whale had killed a person before back in the 90's.....

Sea World claims that the trainer broke a standing rule by laying in a shallow pool near the killer whale and her pony tail was in the water, which is what the whale grabbed and took her under.

No matter who's fault or not....wtf are they still doing with a serial killer whale in the tanks with performers anywhere remotely close to it??????

Send this whale to japan....they will know what to do with it without any protests from P.E.T.A

And it get's better this morning 2/27/10 Seaworld just released, There putting the same whale back in to the show, I guess they think everyone's gonna come back to see "the Whale that killed 3 people" all about the money !!!!
