Looks good  t^  Should work out well for ya.

If I may, some suggestions for ya from my experience with the one I put together.
1. Put acorn nuts on the ends of those bolts.  My coolers got all chewed up from rubbing on the bolts.
2. You may want to raise up the angled rod holders if you plan to drop rods in there while fishing.  That way it gets the reel up away from the rails of the rack and cooler.  (see below)  although I realize that may interfere with the rack tilting up

if i may add to that,,, forget the tilt feature, just that much more rattle and woble to it.

alternative to raising the pvc although a good one, is run a bolt through the bottom of the tube, like a butt stop. just be sure to run it through a piece of hose or 1/2 inch pvc or something so the threads dont tear up the end of your rod.

and just for the hell of it and to make it a hair easier, i flare the opening of my homemade pvc sand spikes with a heatgun and glass bottle. just heat up a couple inches till plyable then shove bottle top into the end of the pipe flaring it out, then file/grind down the edge for smooth operation.
