Good luck Mike.  I'm going to try some spots in the bay today just to get out and mess around for a while.

I might even  break down and pick up some blood worms.   thud

Happy Catching

I am trying to talk the little lady into just going out for a while...I need the practice on the conventional.  Had some good tips over the weekend on how to set up the reel.

Soooooo, maybe I will see you out there.  I hope.

Where you starting out?

Happy catching

was out for about 4 hours down near the pocket...saw about 10 vehichle each with 1 or 2 fisherman...nice day out but no bass were pulled in by any anglers...Pulled out a nice guy in a FORD  fcp really stand up guy though made sure to reccomend he signs up on the site. Finally broke down and bought speed deflators from B&N's get to try them out next time.

Water was nice and cleaned up easy tide could hold with about 6 oz with a occasional roll...some guys were using mullet most using clams AND ONE GUYS USED BLOOD WORMS....but again still a little to early. Gilikins is really soft still from the storm so be careful and air down. And there is even some pretty decent soft spots near the A23 exiting (were the ford got stuck). So thats my report hope some of you guys are finding it useful  TT^

Thanks for the report.  I did try to get out but the wifie had other ideas.  So now the lawn and other things are free of winter leaves and debris.  I am hoping to get out Wed or Thurs, we'll see what happens.
