Dusk fishing, and stinky worms.
« on: March 21, 2010, 08:30:47 PM »
Decided to go out fishing in a lake around the corner from my house. Sun was setting, nice night. I was tossing ratl-traps and twisties with no luck. I opened my truck to see a tub of worms that I forgot about the other day. Opened the tub of worms and I don't know what smells worse, a dirty diaper, or those worms. Anyways, I cut them in half, put it on a hook/bobber and threw it. Not 20 seconds after it hit the water, fish on. Bass and sunnies, left and right, till I ran out of worms. Tried taking pictures, but it was too dark, and couldn't even see my hand. I'm guessing smelly old, dead worms are killer!

Didn't catch this off a stinky worm, but I caught it off a fly jig thing that I made an hour ago. All I did was snell hair on a hook.

Oh, and don't mind the tangle of lines. That's what happens when you have 4 poles in a 20' square area.
