Wanted-Chum grinder

I've been looking at chum grinders and did not know they were hundreds of dollars new.  I'd like to pick one up used at a reasonable price.

Are you going to use it on the boat or at home?

I have heard of guys buying a wood chipper from Harbor Freight for around $100 and using that. Plug it in, use it. Unplug it, hose it down when done. I have not tried it but it is supposed to work great.
