Had a charter this morning and our first stop was a clam drop. Nothing much going on so decided to jig and had pretty good fishing for a few hours. Action slowed down and wasn't marking many fish so headed to another clam drop. Didn't take long to start having fish hooked up and some nice sized ones at that. Overall pretty good fishing today.
PM - Ran out tonight for the open-boat evening trip to the spot where we ended our charted, but had slack tide so started off slow with only a few keepers and some shorts. Once the current got going the action turned on with good shots of fish coming in. Had mutiple hookups and overall pretty good action. Finished the night strong with some nice limits onboard.
