CAUGHT FLUKE FISHING TODAY... BUSTED
« on: May 16, 2010, 04:14:38 PM »
They finally got them at the AH marina today.  A boat came up on the ramp, troopers checked the cooler, and sure enough at the bottom, fluke fillets.  What made them check?  Maybe is was the fluke rigs haning off there boat while they put it on the trailer.  Trooper fined and took all their fishing gear..

Yeah, the regs suck, but they are the regs. Unless/until they can be changed properly you still have to abide by them.

Good for them. They should check more often.

the bad part of this is, if it wasn't for the fluke rigs on the rods, visible, they would have got away with this.  How many other do get away with this?  When are these people going to learn, we may not agree with the rules, but we are only hurting ourselves in the longrun..

Give a man a fish, and he can eat for a day. But teach a man how to fish, and he'll be dead of mercury poisoning inside of three years.
