6/23 bay and sea report
« on: June 23, 2010, 04:01:03 PM »
I got a early start, I was trolling off the beach at 4:30 this morning ( it use to work in my kayak)trolled down the beach and no action. next heade to the sandy hook reef, some short sea bass and fluke, next move was along the beach, again plenty of short fluke, plus robins and sharks. Don't rat me out I might of killed one of those endangered fish trying to get the hook out. next stop back in the bay, again plenty of shorts along with robins, also I was snagginf bunker and putting them on the bottom, no luck there either. back at the marina at 1:00 If I knew the results would be the same tommorrow I would still go, great day out there.
