Looking to cast net some spearing in keyprot/Raritan bay-Any ideas?

Think I will try my new glass minno cast net tomottorw.
Any ideas where I should be throing it in Keyport/Raritan bay area?

I had seen some at my marine few weeks ago, but have not noticed any since.

Any way to chum them up?

I have a small glass minnow net that should work just fine for peanuts.
