aight...left the harbor today around 6 am with my bow monkey (LAB) and Orlando (BALKITO).....
Decided to abandon the bay and try some ocean fishin.... rounded the hook into a really good swell, some being close to 6 ft at times... eventually laided down the further we went, but the next problem was the SCREAMING current on the new moon.... Hit all big fish numbers and struggled with 8oz for a while but the current too eventually died and it was 4ozs the rest of the day..... Tuff pick today as the water was dirty, and the swell didnt help things....We finished with 7 keeper flatfish and a few sea bass, with nothing biggert than 5lbs....
Fortunately for us the leader board from the previous day never changed, and our 8.4 lb fish gave us third place.....
The BEST part being the top 2 fish that beat us by 3 ozs WEREN'T in the calcutta... .... So Team TnT would like to thank them VERY MUCH for the gift.....
