Coast Guards needs to fish too

Hello!  Well im Coast guard stationed here in cape may and i dont have my car or boat here :( and i really need to go fishing.  I have 17 yr of inshore offshore experience.  I just want to fish! Ive tryed to get a job as a deck hand FOR FREE and couldnt even do that haha.  If anyone has an open boat Id love to go thanks
