The weather was great and the fishing was even better. Checked a few spots that I have been wanting to take a look at for a week or so. Again no real big fish but plenty of 14 to 15" stuff. Today the 3 man charter of Bruce, Matt, and Wilson enjoyed some summer time seabassing at its finest. By 9:30 am it was pretty clear that cooler was going to be stuffed today. I even got a chance to grab a 25 seabass limit myself. After putting number 100 seabass on ice we made a blackfish drop. What started as a slow pick built into a real nice bite with smaller fish. The guys boxed some 16" fish and had one slob pop the hook near the boat in addition to releasing 20 other fish. I hear these seabass and blackfish will really start to chew when they get done spawning
Boy I cant wait to get some of that"good fishing"
