after being spoiled fishing offshore some with friend Ken twice this week, out of Sayreville this morning on my boat at 7 with John and Capt Dave on Board,Ben was also suppose to go but had an appointment for 11 in the morning he had forgotten about yet showed up at ramp with live killies for us.hit Flynns Knoll first and on the first drift I put a 18 1/2 inch keeper in the box and pretty much that was it for the day,not even getting the short bite.moved from the hook to the candlesticks,to the TC,to the Reach,to the 11A,to Keyport 1 and 3,to the Triangle, and to the train bridge where we did pick about 6 shorts for the most action of the day before heading in at 3,great getting out trying today, the weather was great but this kid is tired after 3 trips in a couple days.
