Headed out for another day on the bottom grounds... Todays crew was Tommy O, Henry, Richie, Ralphy, Wislon and Birch Back for another.
No wind to speak of so we started out drifting around a bunch of wrecks... everything we fished today had great life!!! Slugged away at them at a good clip... Lots of Bites, shorts, along with plenty of quality seabass for the cooler.
Continued to hop around drifting a bunch of pieces and slugging away at nice seabass... Didnt take long for the coolers to fill up!!!
had a 6 man limit of seabass just a little after lunch time without even dropping the anchor.Doesnt get much better than that!!!
Gave Blackfishing a honest effort on a couple of pieces but it was no good in the deeper water.
Headed back with a Big Box and Lots of filleting to do.
By days end the guys wound up with 150 Keeper Seabass (A 6 man Limit) a Trigger and a blackfish.
Crew was great thanks again guys.
We will cont to focus on the seabass over porgies/ blacks to the north until closes... Few spots left on our open boat trips... dont miss out!!!
