I don't even know what the voting is for. I think for the grand prize drawing..     the rules are hard to understand

ENTRY PERIOD JUDGING:
All eligible Entries received by Sponsor for each Entry Period will be judged by a panel of independent judges based on the following criteria: Creativity: 30%; Size of Catch: 30%; Quality of Photo: 20% and Uniqueness: 20% to determine each Entry Period Winner. The Entry with the highest score each Entry Period will be deemed the potential Entry Period Winner (as defined below). Non-winning Entries from one Entry Period will not carry over into any subsequent Entry Period judging; however, all Entries will be included in the Public Voting portion of this Contest for the opportunity to win the Grand Prize. In the event of a tie, an additional, “tie-breaking” judge will determine the winner(s) based solely on the Creativity criteria listed herein. Sponsor reserves the right not to award the prize if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Entries. Prize award is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

PUBLIC VOTING:
At the end of the Contest Period, Sponsor will post all eligible Entries received to the Yamaha Facebook Page on September 30, 2010 at 12:01 am ET and during the Public Voting, individuals who are at least thirteen (13) years of age will have an opportunity to vote on their favorite Entry (“Public Voting”). During the Public Voting, individuals will be invited to vote for their favorite Entry. Limit one (1) vote per person and per Facebook account per day during the Public Voting. Votes received from any person or Facebook account in excess of the stated daily limitation will be void. Entrants are prohibited from obtaining votes by any fraudulent or inappropriate means, including, without limitation, offering prizes or other inducements to members of the public, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. On October 15, 2010 at 11:59 pm ET, the Public Voting will cease. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the Entries that receive the ten (10) highest number of valid votes, as determined by Sponsor, will be deemed “Grand Prize Finalists”. In the event of a tie, a “tie-breaking” judge will determine the Grand Prize Finalist(s) based on the judging criteria above.

Use of script, macro or any automated system to vote or with the intent to impair the integrity of the voting process is prohibited and all such votes will be void.
