Gambler cod 10/11

Chris and I made the wreck trip today on the Gambler. Beautiful weather and nice ride out 3hrs after boats on the first 2 spots. Double anchored all day ! t^  WE combined for 8 keeper cod, a few ling and some other stuff. Tough day for some but not for lack of trying. We stayed late and gave extra time on a late bite to add a few keepers. Mates did a nice job as usual  ;D No pics as I left the camera in the car  rgmn Pool fish was 6# cod, a few seabass on the boat too.

"Other stuff" eels,ravens,pouts,bergalls, doggies,seabass and a nice 6.5 #fluke (released) . All taken on clams on hi/lo rigs. I used a couple of beads on the bottom hook (red and green) and a small plastic squid on the top in green., 5/0 gami octopus hooks snelled on 60# mono with 50# top shot and 50# power pro main line.. I think I was hi hook with 5 cod.
