Hit the surf last night from sea girt to deal, moving often due to lack of activity...tried plugs, metal with teasers not one bite or even a sign of anything going on. Fished most of the incoming before ending up at the 36 bridge, nothing going on there either. Saw some people at union beach but decided it wasn't worth the walk out after a long night of beating the jetties and surf. Def hit some good spots last night just no activity at all. Wind calmed down around 11pm overall a beautiful night on the water besides getting skunked...guess I just gotta put some more time in. Was gonna go out to the hook but didn't feel like paying up for the pass since its almost Jan and dint feel like paying to only fish one or two times.
