Slow,....but great day on the Hook....

Slow,....but great day on the Hook....learned alot....fishing slow...weather great. Over dresssed and carried to much gear in. Wont make that mistake again....Walking out to tip from lot K is a workout....One Dog Fish....sounds like the bite was ok early but died with tide. Going out tomorow from Highlands on boat...hope to have better luck.....open for suggestions on time and locations......I do love this!

were you chunking bait or surfcasting plugs? the hook has produced lately with metals.

I threw metal ,buck tail, jig and swim bait....saw some pluggers but they said slow also...did not carry bait out there...long walk with waders and gear.

going out on private boat with father in law....will try Capt another time....thanks
