Spearfish 11/2/10 Bass

Back to the clam grounds hoping for a repeat of yesterday.  On the way out I spoke to a friend who said there was nothing happening and he was heading out to troll.  I anchored up anyway and the bite was painfully slow.  We managed 2 keepers and 6 shorts on clams along with some skates, but there would be no action for over a 1/2 hour then a brief flurry.  There were a lot more boats out today too.  There are also sturgeon jumping all over the place, big too.
