Northern Ocean County Surf 11/14
« on: November 14, 2010, 05:51:11 PM »
Took my nephew Eric surf fishing this morning. What has been a rough surf for a few days continued this morning. It was better today. Only one hit. A 32",11# bass hit a vision surf eel inside the bar just after low tide. Eric caught  a couple of shad and fished hard all morning.

Fishing, with me, has always been an excuse to drink in the daytime.

Yes . I like to move around alot and have caught bass up and down the beach this month. I look for open spots, not bent rods. Mostly I throw metal/teaser during the day and prefer the sportfish teasers and the tsunami metals with tubes(yellow or green). Hope this helps. ;D
