In Sunday's Asbury Park Press "Week In Review", a short story quoted Jim Donofrio of the RFA that you can register for the next 365 days of fishing for free at
www.countmyfish.noaa.gov.
If New Jersey does not have a saltwater fishing registry program or salt water fishing license program in 2011, then beginning on Jan 1, 2011 you have to register with NOAA and pay $15 to fish.
But if you register with NOAA before Jan 1, 2011, the registration is free and you get covered for 365 days.
