WWW.SSFFF.NET (Save the Summer Flounder Fishery Fund)
« on: January 02, 2011, 08:53:33 PM »
All,

This morning I mailed out my 2011 donation to the WWW.SSFFF.NET (Save the Summer Flounder Fishery Fund) .  I have donated and spoken out in favor of www.ssfff.net since its inception.  Its a great bunch of folks who really care about the recreational fluke angler.  I hope you can give what you can.  Even if its only a couple of dollars.  Every red cent helps.  Their work has given us our fluke seasons and in 2011 the work will really payoff.  I really think we will have a longer season and hopefully the minimum will be less than the current 18 inches.  The female fluke need a break.

Please give if you can.  WWW.SSFFF.NET is in our corner.

Please go to WWW.SSFFF.NET for donation information.

Thank You,

Jim  (Great American Fisherman)

 t^ Nice post Jim, stickied.

We do need to support this group as they have some big hurdles to clear and it takes a lot of $$$ to git er done.

Thank you Joe.  I've given a lot to this cause. Written letters and brought people on board as letter writers.  Brought private people in as donors and also the only motel (from LBI) on the donor list and a legendary tackle shop (from LBI).

And, there are other fish I'd rather fish for than fluke.  So I know you Fluke crazy folks can do what you can.

Thank you all.

Jim
