Gulp shrimp, crabs

How do you rig them for fluke? I want to use one or the other on a teaser hook on a fishfinder rig. What type/size hook works best?

I haven't used the crab much, bt the shrimp has been DEADLY for me (especially in back bay when the mantis shrimp are around).
I just use a 2/0-3/0 hook on droppper loop above my main hook.

I have caught croaker, weaks, blues, fluke, and sea bass on the shrimp.
