The Matt MacSherry Charter was on board the Bounty Hunter today. We cleared the Inlet into a calm ocean with little to no wind. Paul ran north to the SR and set up in 40 Ft. We got into the short Fluke on the first drift and only boxed one keeper. The next drifts were more productive and the guy's had them biting pretty good but by 10AM the first signs of the oncoming South wind started. By 11AM we had a steady 15Kt South wind blowing. The crew had a steady bite and did manage to put 15 keepers in the box and release over 40 shorts. The fishing was interupted for 20 minutes while Matt did battle with a large Ray that got foul hooked on his Bucktail. The Bucktail was finally retrieved and the Ray was sent on his way.
