Pam's first day on the job!
« on: August 25, 2011, 04:20:11 PM »
Per Captain Thomas J Hilton:
NO more, "Go-with-the-flow
Ms. Dana asked Andy Strelcheck how the determination was made that we had overfished our quota by so much...how many fish were measured, etc. using the MFRSS system. Neither Andy or Roy could give her an answer as to how they came up with this number, but she continued to press them for the specifics and when those specifics would be on her desk. I see way too much apathy on the part of many council members to really dig into the meat of the issues - they are more than comfortable to just go wherever Roy and his staff lead them. We need mpre councilmembers such as Ms. Dana to demand accountability of the numbers instead of the usual go-with-the-flow.

Pretty darn good first day on the job for Ms. Dana if you ask me.

Capt. Thomas J. Hilton

That's a great way to start. Maybe good Roy & Co. got more than they bargained for!   Bob H.

Maybe we'll be able to catch and keep fish again. TT^
A good day of fishing is better than a bad day of fishing. A bad day of fishing is better than a good day of work. That means work sucks!

Fishing, with me, has always been an excuse to drink in the daytime.
