I've seen 2 dates for sea bass when it ends the card with reuglations says sept 11 while the digest says oct 11 ... Anyone have a clue ?

Part right. It did end September 11 but it starts up again November 1 to end of December.

Yea the digest online says oct 11 and the. Card with all the regulations had sept 11 guess its typo or they made digest after the card ... I was hoping it was the digest correct...stripers starting to run we got a 35" yesterday on clams and few run offs

Joe does this mean if we limit out on blackfish on our trip we can hit up the sea bass?
