Sadly.."Ever Enough" did her last fluke trip of 2011

We launched at 12ish on the last fluke/kinda the first striper trip had 1 box of worms(plus fluke bait) and massive bunk's(read later in post)...Ran to the oceanside and no more then the sinkers hit the bottom...I caught a glance of a vessel named.."IrishAyes" Was nice to met ya.(sort of,kinda to far 4 a handshake, the swells and all) g/l with the motor!

 Stayed at that spot for a looong drift...we got a wooping 5 robins(yes i slicedem 4 bait didnt matter)
 Then ran to the 7 buoy...yup Monster robins biggest ive ever seen.. next time their ass on the grill..Then we tried numours spots from the beach(again)IrishAyes u got me,shhhhhh to well just about everywher fluke wood swim. Then by radio call,(thanks 4that) found a few massive bunker pods snagged as many as we wanted, live linedem and had runoff's hookup's and catch/released all the 9-12 # blues we wanted..

 When that ended, we ran to the (range towers) and anchored at a random spot with great structure and proceeded to chunk the bunks we just caught(Just so i dont have to takem home)...WooHoo u guessed it.. SHARKS(which ate all the bunks) big and small..After 5 we pulled up and moved...went up a little and we drifted worms...Yup....porgies as many as we wanted but small(ithink) and i dont keepem..ever... well we went out for fluke....we caught none....however we did catch robins,porgies,bunks,bluse and sharks....

we had a super day of fishing just not what we wanted to catch, however it was GREAT 2 catch alot of different fish on one trip.....

Great effort. At least you were out giving it a go. Some sat on the sofa and ya can't catch em from there.

Great report!  t^   Wish I got out yesterday.  But even worse than sitting on the sofa, I went with my wife to buy a sofa.  She did let me browse the West Marine store in Brick for a while after her mission was complete.

SWEEEET   WE r in the market for new rod/reel combos for the striped ass ones.........

we caught the blues,porgies,robins,sharks all on the 2 fluke poles we got this year(ill post pics later of the poles)...broke off a bunch of times......I ,(sorry baby) smk, i mean "WE" , will take the ride for the new/experianced poles(if need bee)...Any sponsers/sellers here readin this please pm me ifin u gots what we b lookin 4..around 75-80bucks a pole/reel...i,, smk smk ,crap i mean "we" dont care bout make/model. I Guess this is where i say thanks for the help?
