If you like blowfish barnegat bay is hot.  lots of little ones to weed thru but there are some bigger ones in the mix.  Sea squab tonight!

I saw a guy last week under the lighthouse, catching them in a crab trap.  It was filled up when he pulled the trap up.

great eating.  Haven't been around in YEARS... This is the first year I have heard such great reports.  Its nice to see them come back.  My grandfather told me once that fish run in cycles.  There were a few years that bluefish dissapeared, but came back a few years later.  who knows..

It is a good sign to see them again.  Another species I missed out on this year.. damn..
